The Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) organization is firmly committed to the privacy of our investors and to the integrity of our records. Outlined here are the policies we use to protect our and your privacy and safeguard any information you entrust to us.

1. Online giving: Our website is linked to VeriSign to provide investors with a safe, secure, and private facility for making online credit-card gifts.

2. Investor Records:  Ngaathaje (NDO) does not sell, disclose or share individual privacy information with other individuals or organizations and we do not permit our records to be used for any activity other than official NDO business. We provide information about major contributions to tax authorities as required by law. Ngaathaje (NDO) only grants access to investor records to NDO authorized persons who have signed agreements respecting the confidentiality of these records.

3. Email list: We will send you a short email update shortly when we make changes or whether once a month or quarterly to update you on additions to our website and other NDO news. If you ever decide you do not want these updates, you can change your preference, unsubscribe, or email a request to be removed these updates.

5. Mailings: NDO does not send mailings to people who just visit our website. We do not do mass mailings or phone-a-thons. We might send very limited communications by mail to our contributors. If you would prefer not to receive any mail, you may request this by emailing, and we will mark your record accordingly.

6. Web logging: Web server software routinely logs sessions. NDP does not keep or use any information that links your web usage to your identity except in those cases where you specifically want us to have the information, e.g. when sending us order or subscription information, or when participating in surveys and study groups.

7. Policy changes: If we ever change any of these policies, we will post those changes on this site so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) maintains this website with its texts, photographic images, videos, and any other contents, electronic products and services (collectively, "Materials") to provide you with information about our work, and to enable you to interact with us online. This Linking and Use Agreement describes our understanding with you when you visit our website and use our Materials.


Ngaathaje (NDO)'s website and our Materials have several features. We encourage you to read the entire policy as it sets forth our understanding with you when you visit our website. These terms and policies are developed for yours and  protection.

Throughout this policy, you will see the terms "Ngaathaje (NDP)," "we," "our," and "us" - these terms refer to The Global NDO…. Ngaathaje Development Organization, a based in Colorado with in progress obtaining tax-exempt status pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). You will also see the terms "I," "you," "your," and "yours" - these terms refer to visitors too and users of our Website. In the U.S. and elsewhere in the global, particularly South Sudan, Ngaathaje (NDO) is the sole owner of the name "Ngaathaje” or “NDO" which is a service mark.

In addition, Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) logo is a related service mark. Your use of the name and logo and/or links bearing the name and logo acknowledges NDO's exclusive ownership of the name and/or right to use the logo. All use of or the goodwill associated with the name, logo, our service mark, and our Materials will inure to the benefit of Ngaathaje (NDO). The logo and Materials are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement. Use of our Materials provided at the site is solely at your own risk.


Ngaathaje (NDO) appreciates informational, educational, healthcare, and economic growth/development use of Ngaathaje website, our Materials, including our name and logo. However, there are limits on the uses, including the use of the name and logo and the links bearing the name and/or logo.

PLEASE BE AWARE: by copying and/or downloading material from Ngaathaje website, name and logo, links bearing our name and the logo and/or using our Materials you agree to the terms/phrases and conditions set forth in these Terms or Phrases of Use and Linking Agreement and any terms and conditions that may be outlined elsewhere on our website. Without limiting any other terms or conditions, the permission to use NDO website, Materials, including our name and the logo and/or links bearing the name and logo, is subject to the following:

a) Use of the name and logo or links bearing the name and logo may not indicate or create an impression that Ngaathaje (NDO) endorses, approves, sponsors or is affiliated with your products, goods, services or your website.

b) You may use the Materials only for charitable, educational, health or non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and except that:

Logo. To use Ngaathaje service mark or logo for fundraising e-mail with a detailed description of your planned use; if an individual, your name and address; if an entity, its place of incorporation and type of entity.  This use requires express written permission from Ngaathaje (NDP).

Sale of Goods or Services benefiting Ngaathaje ( NDO). To sell products or services to benefit Ngaathaje (NDO) e-mail with a detailed description of your planned use; if an individual, your name and address; if an entity, its
place of incorporation and type of entity.  Note, the Better Business Bureau and some consumer laws require you to indicate at point of solicitation the precise benefit to charity. If the benefit is a portion of sale proceeds, the amount must be indicated by dollar or percentage of retail sale price, not with language such as "proceeds," "income," "net" or "profits" because this does not detail the precise portion of the sale benefiting charity. This use requires express written permission from Ngaathaje (NDO).

Images (including photos and films): Ask you want to use an image from the Materials, describing the image you want to use, the page address where it appears, what you want to use it for and, if an individual, your name and address; if an entity, its place of incorporation and type of entity. This use requires express written permission from Ngaathaje.

Copy to Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO). If the Materials are used in a publication or other formal presentation, you must provide NDO a copy by e-mailing

c) Links bearing the name and logo may only be used for the purpose of linking to Ngaathaje website as designated within the link.

d) Ngaathaje (NDO) name and logo and/or link bearing the name and logo may not be combined with any other graphic elements; nor may they be altered in any manner including size, proportions, font, design, arrangement, colors or elements; nor may they be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.

e) Ngaathaje ( NDO) name and logo and/or link bearing the name and logo may not appear more prominently than your personal, company, product or service website name.

g) You will not transfer, assign, sell, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit The Hunger Project name and logo or your link to us.

h) Ngaathaje (NDO) name and logo and/or link bearing the name and logo may not appear on any pages of any websites that include content or advertising for alcoholic beverages, tobacco, pornography, religious material, partisan material, political material or firearms.

i)  Appropriate action by Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) may include, but is not limited to, the revocation of the right to use the name and logo and/or any links bearing the name and logo, in which event you agree to remove the name and logo and/or the links bearing the name and logo within 2 business days of notice
of revocation.

It is improper, and may be a violation of law, for you to post or download and distribute any material that you do not own or for which you do not have permission to use. PLEASE BE AWARE: violation of someone's copyright, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property rights may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.


It is inappropriate to use NDO website, our materials, including Ngaathaje (NDP) name and logo or Materials for illegal, inappropriate, or obscene purposes, or in support of such activities.

We define these terms as follows:

"Illegal activities" are those that violate laws, regulations and/or private agreements, including U.S. federal or state laws governing charitable activities, copyright laws, trademark laws, license agreements or other intellectual property rights.

"Inappropriate uses" are any uses other than as permitted by this Terms of Use and Linking Agreement, or as may be permitted elsewhere on our website.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) may seek appropriate action to terminate any uses of our Materials including, but not limited to the name and logo and links bearing our name and logo, in the event we, in our sole discretion, determine that your use does not conform to any of the conditions of this Terms of Use and Linking Agreement or as provided elsewhere on our website; infringes any intellectual property or other rights of NDO or a third party; adversely affects Ngaathaje (NDO)'s image, reputation and/or our products, services or programs; violates any applicable law, regulation or ordinance; and/or, is a prohibited activity.

Listed below are some, but not all, prohibited activities that may result in action by Ngaathaje (NDO):

1) Posting, transmitting, or facilitating in the promotion of illegal content through our website or Materials.

2) Using our website, our Materials to harass, solicit, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to us, another visitor or third party.

3) Transmitting or facilitating distribution of content that is untrue, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, or objectionable.

4) Using the name and logo or links bearing the name and logo on websites which The Hunger Project finds, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable.

5) Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available
any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, obscene, violent, intolerant, defamatory, infringing, abusive, tasteless, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, denigrating, sexually oriented, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable

6) Disrupting the flow of any chat areas with inappropriate language, abusiveness, or other conduct that may disrupt normal activities.

7) Pretending to be anyone whom you are not, misrepresent yourself or your affiliation. You may not impersonate Ngaathaje (NDO) staff, or anyone else.

8) Solicit, transmit, upload or harvest passwords or other private information from others, including, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses,
Social Security numbers and credit card numbers or other contact information.

9) Upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

10) Posting any unsolicited content or designs, including advertising, solicitations, and promotional materials, at our website.


a) Ngaathaje Development Organization (NDO) reserves the right to make any change to the information and/or agreement provided herein at any time for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping up with any such changes.

b) Federal and Colorado state law shall govern this agreement.
